About The Artwork
With my photographic on going series "beauty lies in emptiness " I examine the areas in cities where public houseing can be found. My pictures are subtle with a disturbing element but in all images is an emptiness where beauty can be found. People do not play a role in my photographs - only the fleeting moment that was created by them. I want to transport a certain feeling with my work. And sometimes, pain is all that lets us know we're alive. Printed on Kodak Endura matte papper Image size (full frame) 60 x 40cm The edition is limited, signed and numbered print.
