Every year the local University spends two weeks installing these flags to represent the lives lost on September 11th in the World Trade Center Tragedy. They also have flags representing people from other countries that perished. This is such an emotional display of respect and mourning for those who died on that fateful day. They are memorialized in this photo and will never be forgotten.
