Born in Hungary. A self-taught photographer since childhood. Started taking portraits and landscapes with an old TLR camera. His first published image in a local newspaper was about a school football championship. (1981) Thanks to the late Ferenc Magyar -who was an hungarian nature photographer artist -got his first inspirations and interest to start up nature photography. This subject is still part of his repertoire today. He spent nearly a decade in the USA and Canada where he was working in fashion and still photography. At present his main interest is in conceptual art, artistic nude, nostalgic style,people- oriented imagery beside nature photography. He has an ecletic and poetic approach when it comes to create his images. He is one of the few contemporaries who still using film as his chosen medium for his art work mixing often the two techniques (analogue and digital). He is also an author of two books on nature photography entitled „Birds of shiny waters” and „Birds of passage”. His images were published in many magazines,newspapers and websites. Exhibited several of his work in the USA,Canada,Italy,France,UK and Hungary. His art work can be found in private collections from Texas to Switzerland. He is a member of RPS and ABFA respectively. He resides in the UK.
