There are places that inspire you with deep respect while confronting your fears. When I arrived at La Pointe de Pen Hir around 6 p.m., the vertiginous cliffs grabbed me. I wanted to approach to appreciate even more the sight and the masterful beauty of this coast chiselled by the wind and the ocean, however vertigo was stronger than me. For 3 hours, I was confronted with myself. I meditated and tried to overcome my fear to take the photo I wanted. Indeed, fear encloses our mind and we must become aware of the power that is within us. It was therefore important that I take the risk of getting as close as possible. As Amma says in her book Everything is in you: "It is necessary to take risks because the greatest risk would be to take none. Whoever risks nothing does nothing, has nothing and is nothing. We may thus avoid suffering but then it won't be possible to learn, to feel, to change, to grow, to love or to live. Chained to his fears, one is a slave, he has renounced his freedom. Only the one who takes risks is free. " I did not come out cured of vertigo, but I understood that by drawing from the bottom of oneself, one is capable of a lot.
