ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Amidst the grandeur of the Louvre, under the blanket of night, a solitary figure stands, his silhouette illuminated by the soft glow of streetlights. Despite the rain falling gently around him, his umbrella held aloft like a beacon of joy. In this moment, amidst the timeless beauty of Paris, he finds solace and contentment, a happy man lost in the enchanting embrace of the city of lights. Fabiolla's work is Fine Art Photography printed in Hahnemühle Studio Enhanced 210g/m2 with HP Vivera pigment inks, long-lasting quality (over 100 years). The images are printed on demand and are inspected, dated and signed in person by her. Ships in a tube.

Fabiolla Loureiro is an emerging contemporary artist hailing from São Paulo, Brazil, with a profound passion for street photography spanning over 15 years. Her extensive travels to more than 30 countries have not only enriched her experiences but have also granted her the freedom to explore the intricate nuances of this captivating art form. Fascinated by the allure of cold nights, noir environments, and rainy seasons, Fabiolla's work often delves into these atmospheric themes. Through her fine art photography, she expertly captures dark black and white compositions, employing blurry silhouettes, high contrasts, symmetry, and evocative, melancholic scenes. Drawing inspiration from renowned photographers such as Daido Moriyama, Robert Capa, Brassaï, Saul Leiter, and Sabine Weiss, Fabiolla seamlessly infuses her work with their influence while also exploring urban chaos and historical contexts. Over the past five years, Fabiolla has showcased her work in esteemed exhibitions across London, Bologna, Madrid, and Paris, building a strong presence in the international art scene. Her journey began with three solo exhibitions in São Paulo in 2016, marking the inception of her artistic career. In early 2018, she embarked on a new venture, sharing her travel experiences through writing for European Travel Magazine and launching her own materials to impart her unique perspective on photography. Despite minimal formal training, Fabiolla's dedication to her craft shines through. While she studied for a brief period at Focus Photography in São Paulo, she attributes much of her growth to her self-directed learning as an autodidact photographer. Her talent and commitment have been recognized with prestigious accolades, including the Artist of the Year Award from the Circle Foundation for the Arts in Lyon and the Excellence Award from Trevisan International Art in Bologna in 2018/2019. Since December 2019, Fabiolla has been an integral part of the Singulart artists team in Paris, further solidifying her presence in the global art community. Fabiolla's work is highly sought after and is proudly held in private collections across the United States, Germany, Brazil, Japan, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
