This series, similar in style to sumi-e Japanese painting, the sand becomes my paint and the tides are my brushes while I study the impressions of different types and tones of sand. Within these constantly changing conditions, I am amazed by the intricate designs left by waves and tides revealing other wordly vistas, ethereal landscapes and mythological creatures.
