White Elegance 2 Photograph

I had purchased flowers for myself to mark a bittersweet milestone in my life. The feelings of tragedy and hope were overwhelming as I looked at them in my living room and I wanted to do something that marked how it made me feel. It was a moment of reset and cleansing, like the morning after a really hard rainstorm that does a little damage, but ultimately you come out the other side just fine. That's what this series reflects for me - hope and strength, and the promise of a refreshed tomorrow.
