About The Artwork

Printmaking: Linocut, monotype: hand-colored and graphite drawing, on Fiber-imbedded Paper. Art Dimensions: 2"h x 3.5"w. Paper Dimension: approx. 5"h x 6.5"w. This print is from the 'Anthropocene Landscape' series, representing a post-damaged land, and the increasingly powerful storms caused by climate change. 'Snow Temple' embodies a snow storm, with a sacred inhabited structure. Each print has some slight variations, both in the fibrous rice-paper,and in the hand printing and embellishment. It was printed from a linocut plate, and then hand painted and drawn on with archival ink and graphite. Pictured is the artist proof. All prints are numbered, titled, and signed in graphite.
