Artwork under the title "Blue Cat (Blau Katze/ Bloy Kats/Plava mačka)" , is original serigraph - silkscreen print, limited edition of 50. This is handmade silkscreen, oil print, in 9 separate colors! Paper is Fabriano,450 gr. Hand signed with pencil lower right, Bartch & Number of print ! 9 th color is black, this plate was hand painted by artist direct. Edition is of 50 in Latin numbers + I-X in Roman numbers+25 A.P. (or E.A.)+3Trial Proof+1 Zero Trial Roman numbers & Trial proofs are not for sale. Some numbers are not available. Once all 50 of the prints in this edition size have sold out, there will be no other prints of "Blue Cat". Number which is in this sale will be shipped unframed and good packed. Original Graphic "Blue Cat" is based on Bartch's oil on canvas "Sleepy Roses" and is influenced by artists from Franz Marc to Pierre Alechinsky! As paper is 450 gr, I prefer to ship it flat !!!

Silvije Petranovic Bartch, (b.1959.), is a Contemporary Visual Artist working in paintings, sculptures, print making & film! He is at the same time a filmmaker, visual artist, writer, and a sculptor. Both a film director and a painter, S.P. Bartch often investigates the links between these two practices. He concentrated on film, returning to paint and back! He never limited himself to just one single material or product (film, sculpture, ready-made, installation, oil, collage ...) Silvije Petranovic was born into the family of the artist Tomislav Petranović and school teacher Štefica in Nova Gradiška, Croatia. BARTCH spent his childhood, which he described as magical , in the nearby village of Prvča. He graduated Film directing at Zagreb Film Academy. As a film director he directed several feature films ("Nobody will laugh", "The Society of Jesus", "The Brave Adventures of a Little Shoemaker").
