About The Artwork
I like to combine different printing techniques. They bring a certain liveliness to the picture. This picture consists of a collagraphy (the pottery bowl), intaglio (snail and chicken), and a botanical print (Cyprus). Additionally, I give the whole thing another dimension through embroidery. I like the pot very much because its surface makes appear the passing of time through its texture and cracks. The work fits in a passepartout, size 40x50cm, but I send it without passepartout
