The maps she saw showed these colourful places full of exotic flora and fauna that she couldn’t experience at home. Kristjana used to draw these maps and fill them in, giving her a sense of wonder. She hopes that the viewer will be filled with the same sense of wonder and excitement when looking at this piece. Printed in the artist's studio in London, using the highest quality archival paper (Matt Smooth Fine Art Cotton 300gsm) and highest quality inks (giclée) - printing method ensuring depth and vibrancy of a velvet-like finish and to ensure you are able to enjoy your print for years to come.
