Part of 'Kidnap At The Noodle Shop'.

This is the fifth painting Delic made for his enormous project 'Kidnap At The Noodle Shop', which was released in september 2018. This work corresponds to chapter 5 of the story he wrote and track no. 5 of the album he made (you can listen to the album on Spotify).

The project was released in a 'vinyl-book' format; big coffeetable-sized storybooks containing depictions of the paintings, sketches, the written story and a physical vinyl elpee.

''Gallery Mango was located next to the subway station, in a small building between a little restaurant and a jewellery shop that had already closed its shutters. The light in the hallway was still on however, so I went inside.

A woman in her early 30s with glistening silver hair made a small bow towards me, but when I pulled out the cylindrical case with my paintings, she shook her head resolutely.

‘Sorry. Not interested'

'Mrs Fuentes sent me,' I said quickly.

'Mrs Fuentes? Really?' I nodded.

'Well, come on inside.' ''
