Circular wall art print of the great city of London, designed in early 2018. The art print has iconic buildings from this great city and Kristjana brings it to life with colourful foliage and fantastical animals. Growing up in Iceland, where there are very few tall buildings, the impact the London skyline had on Kristjana was massive. She is truly inspired by this great city, and working on London themed artwork is a passion of hers. Nature has always been of great importance to Kristjana. Icelandic nature is really harsh and unforgiving, very stark with lots of blacks, whites and greys. The colourful flora and fauna in other parts of the world serves as a great inspiration to Kristjana and she enjoys playing with colours in her work, as in her eyes the colours of the nature elements bring a piece to life. This artwork is a part of a trilogy of prints which complement each other when hung together. The other two prints are: London Hringlaga Trilogy - Central and London Hringlaga Trilogy - East. Printed in the artist's studio in London, using the highest quality archival paper (Matt Smooth Fine Art Cotton 300gsm) and highest quality inks (giclée), to ensure you are able to enjoy your print for years to come. Edition of 175, signed and numbered by the artist. Kristjana’s prints are sold through many sales channels and some of them sell fast. Therefore we can not guarantee that the next edition is the one you will receive if you buy this print. If you would like to know what the next available edition number is, please contact Saatchi Art customer service before placing your order. Your artwork will be printed and shipped within 3-5 working days. Your artwork will arrive safely in a cardboard tube.
