John Moore uses various myths and legends to endorse his bright and vivid imagery. Through his passion for the mystical, we observe the subtle and secretive world of our natural habitat. John's work has evolved into conceptual imagery which he creates on one of South Africa’s largest printing press housed in his studio in Johannesburg, South Africa. John is enthusiastic about creating large-scale work with immense detailed imagery. John’s inspiration is gleaned from “experiencing life, in all its forms” and he brings his ideas to life through the media of etchings, linocuts, lithographs, pastels and woodblocks.
