Red ray - Limited Edition of 20 Print

Maxim Chukin was born in Orenburg. He has graduated from an art college and a state pedagogical university. He came to abstract art through his passion for photorealism and graphic design. He now lives and works in Moscow. "The surrounding area is filled with a large variety of complex things. But everything in the world consists of elements that are simple, and I like to get to the bottom of it. I want to understand the importance of simple things. The geometric abstraction with its shapes and lines reflects well my observations. It helps me to learn more and understand better this world. When I draw a new line on the canvas or on the tablet screen seems like I cut off extra from the object of my attention, revealing shapes hidden inside it. By my work, I want to show the spectators: everything that can be frightening, complex and incomprehensible, is not really like that".
