The print is hand finished with neon pink paint The piece is part os a series of work inspired by found photos. The series reflects memories of a childhood spent in rural Ireland. The series aimed to capture children in the moment - not posed for a photo. The focus of this piece was to capture the connection of the sisters and their delight in being allowed to sit on the donkey.

Siobhán Cooper is an Irish artist, based in Manchester. Originally from Sligo on the west coast of Ireland, she moved to Manchester to study Fine Art (Painting) at Manchester Metropolitan University, where she graduated with a 1st Class Hons. Capturing the energy of moments and people, her practice reflects identity and the human condition. Working in mixed media; predominately painting, drawing and screen-printing, her work features bold colours and gestural lines.
