About The Artwork
New series; TRACES … Influenced by classic print work, pop-art and photography I try to combine this in my new work. Photography is my main medium but I always had a weakness for (non-photographic) print. These little prints are a way for me to experiment with a more tactile, graphic, hands-on way to present my photography. The perfect reproductions that photography can be are transformed into original and less perfect reproductions from images and parts of images out of my own portfolio. Experiments in visual abstraction and intense atmospheres with color and texture. SMALL WHITE BORDER FOR FRAMING. AUTHENTICATED AND SIGNED. SHIPMENT INCLUDED.
