Trayecto es un libro-arte hecho en algrafía sobre papel de algodón, con intervención de bordado y textil. Narra la historia de vida de una célula. Desde su formación, desarrollo y hasta su final en la entropía, la célula avanza y se relaciona con otros elementos, deja partes suyas atrás, encuentra nuevos caminos. Es decir, se trata de una historia de vida. Desde que surge hasta que se integra a otros espacios, como analogía de la muerte. Trayecto (Journey) is an artist's book printed on cotton paper with embroidery and textile applications. It narrates the journey a cell, all through its existence since its formation, the ways it relates with other living organisms, every transformation, the elements left behind until it faces entropy.

Sometimes I draw. Sometimes I paint. Sometimes I make objects. But most of all, I make artists' books. For me, the book is a sacred, magic object. One that has different kinds of power in it, from a time - capsule that shows specific events, cultural heritage, family stories, to a strong critical voice. Whenever I paint, I focus on form and color. Color has been always interesting for me and I keep exploring its possibilities. I also integrate drawing-like strokes into painting in order to create something in between. Finally, Drawing manifests itself within my work either on paper, graphic arts such as printmaking or litography and in embroidery. For me, Embroidery is at the same time, drawing and writing. In terms of subject, I reflect about memory, melancholic figures and gender-based violence. I find today's world manifests through these atmospheres.
