The whole form begins to open as the curved contours stretch along the outer surface—the conjoining bodies melted together in their seamlessly sleek inner hollows. The marbling grain figures shift and turn as they emerge from the creamy core frozen in time in their serendipitous expression. The fine scratches creating a coat of furry fibres dress the outer shell with soft lightness meanwhile the air circles and rolls through the polished concave surfaces of the inner form. The absence of material shouts in silence summoning spaceless potential into the timeless fissure which emerges onto an empty arena of motionless reverberations echoing through eons. The rounded face is relieved by curved blades slicing dense end grain fibres revealing a further layer of depth into the core of the material. As the unceasing silence emerges from the depths of the endless chasms, future is now as it has shown itself to be over and over again in former ages. As past and present fold together into smokey swirls and space opens up to reveal the purity of nothingness, so too do stillness and motion dissolve into intangible truth and endless vitality. Blind, We stumble through unpaved ground, Tripping and tumbling down rough hills And endless valleys— Eyes clenched shut, The body quivering from cold, Reaching out to find more darkness, Empty fields with nothing to grasp or hold, Sleep overcomes the endless dream. In dreamless sleep The light emerges Through a crack in space. The tap of pure energy flows, Allowing the reanimation of life With pulsing joy And endless passion. ~MS2020
