Art Description

Sculpture: Stone, Metal, Gesso and Found Objects on Stone, Iron and Other.

The work was carried out on a slate tablet 20x20x0.5cm with layers of iron, sand, and other materials. At the top, in the center there is a hole to hang on the wall as a painting.
The work is inspired by the Asassn-15lh (called the Assassin supernova) located 3.8 billion light years from Earth in the constellation of the Indian, visible only in the southern hemisphere, is the brightest supernova ever discovered in the history of man, shines 570 billion times more than the Sun and 20 times more than the Milky Way. If we were to the distance of Sirius, the brightest star in the night sky, we would see it shine like the Sun: the explosion of the star that generated it is a cosmic cataclysm never recorded before.
