About The Artwork
Büşra, means good news! This work, with its vibrant colors has been lovingly handmade with paper to evoke this very feeling. I use a unique technique of hand cutting and curling paper which gives rich texture and a 3D sculptural feel to the artwork. The entire pattern is hand drawn as well. It is a physically demanding work that can take months to make. All the materials used are archival safe and light fast and I recommend avoiding direct sunlight for a much longer life.
