About The Artwork
While reading about Astrophysics, I came across a model called the Einstein-Rosen Bridge, which describes the connection of two separate points in spacetime. The sculpture symbolizes "the encounter" and the moment before touch - two people kissing, a mother reuniting with a child, finding that which was lost. Essentially, the piece is about connection, between people, places, and ideas.
