I feel that travelling our beguiling planet and the inspiration that I draw from it are the intertwined origins of my passion for photography. The places I travel are not the 'usual' destinations one would think of spending time in. Yet it is these obscure or unusual locations that provide the variant cultures and differing day-to-day realities which deliver the richest source of photographic opportunities. Some of my most recent trips include India, Israel and Palestine and it is these countries which have heavily influenced my latest collection. From the Wailing Wall and West Bank in Israel to the invariable madness of India, my latest collection is a culmination of these trips. The variability between countries and cultures is one aspect which I attempt to convey in my upcoming collection. However, ultimately, the photographs which I feel the most attached to or most proud of are the ones that embody the memories of a certain time, place and emotion and I hope this is felt by viewers of my work. Additionally, the collection contains pieces which have been technologically manipulated to produce a range of effects far removed from the context in which it was taken. This digitalised aspect of photography is one which allows a more creative approach compared to standard photography and provides me with a creative power which alters the dimensions in which one views and interprets a snapshot in time. I hope you like my work and keep coming back to view my new editions.
