At the juncture of sculpture and architecture, these sculptures evoke temporary buildings or monuments standing on far-away places. Maybe they are remnants of modern cities having survived a cataclysm, fragments of long lost cities, alien settlements brought down to their foundations, cities designed for the future… All of Adrian Dune's pieces are handmade, in order to restore dignity to long lost craftsmen. The idea of modernity clashing with minimalism and a sense of stark timelessness. sculptures almost alien in nature. As an artist, Adrian chooses to create work with his bare hands.
