Celebrate The Possibilities Sculpture

My newest fused glass series is a product of my dreams, the memories of small town life and the excitement of the carnival coming to town. From morning into night, the traveling carnival was an electric, heart stopping, thrill ride; a jumble of fresh fudge, onion burgers, cotton candy and corn dogs to the late evening fireworks display, midway games and the screams of fear and joy coming from those who dared the topsy-turvy world of an American Carnival. Glass is a perfect material to convey the emotion and fluidity of the carnival and the unfocused energy that emanates from the mass of people that press the midway and queue for a two minute ride into madness.
