Born on the bank of Saigon river, Atelier Saigon is the testament to Thien Nhut’s value of craft and workmanship. His sculptures show the flexibity of the material, bringing the material going out of art context, streching out further so that it can be able to portrait a particular function in organic forms. The artworks has been featured in Europe, The USA and also had some loyal clients such as Maison Gerard Paris, Valerie Goodman USA. Thien Nhut creates sculptural artworks by using eco-friendly materials, handmade. Rather than using fiberglass and other materials, which are harmful to both artisan and environment, he has created a natural material to match the subject - ceramics with beautifully worn glazes or sturdy mixtures of papers mache of its very own creation. The production of artworks mainly based on the ecological recycling of "cardboard" material.
