About The Artwork
The jumping off point for this composition was Jay Hambidge's text "The Elements of Dynamic Symmetry". I cut the shapes out of plate steel and welded them together from the back side. I poured glitter and resin on each shape, the excess resin dripping through the cracks between the shapes. I'm a physical person. So is my metal artwork.
