About The Artwork

This is a work I make when I bump into an unusual, huge wooden board. In this sculpture, it is chestnut from central Italy, an area called Marche, and I named it "Bestia Marchigiana", also because it reminds me of some animal back, maybe a bull back. It has three legs in aluminium alloy casting, which are removable for easier shipping. How can a bull have only three legs? because he is very furious and one of them is ready to kick.

SCULPTURE TELLS RIVETING STORIES. Artworks tell stories with a physical presence, one linked to Space&Time, one hinted at by the patron, one in the artist’s interpretation--and the materials have their saying too. II The path we choose is to keep track of significant meaning over time, sharing values through a creative narrative. How we do it? Solid planning, in-depth materials research, lateral thinking, and rivets will nail inspiration to its core.
