About The Artwork
"Perun's Oak" is a lamp inspired by Slavic mythology, Perun specifically. His symbolic, old, sacred oak as I imagined, through the prism of my design ... Its height to the top leaf is 150cm and the branches span up to 1 m diameter. It takes 2 medium base (E 27) bulbs, 200W max, 110-230V, with European plug (can be modified upon request). The sculpture is made of cold hammer forged steel sheeting welded together. And thanks to this particular welder I've reached intended effect. Natural size leaves were forged with the same technique
