This Manila Hemp light object is a reminiscence to Dürers famous drawing "Youngster hare", 1502. It is as well inspired by the multiples from Otmar Hörl, but here individually hand crafted in the traditional Sino- Japanese technic of Manila hemp light object production and transferred into our 21. century. The artist´s conception is based on the phantasmagorial vision, that “Youngster Hare” from Albrecht Dürer falled in love with the young Lady Hennina, whose hairdress is a provenience to the gothic female Hennin from Burgund. The viewer can imagine what will happen when they meet each others…..
