James Ferrari is known for creating sculptures from car parts and other metal mediums. Born in Bronxville, NY, James split his time growing up in New York and SW Florida. His great great grandparents immigrated to the US in the late 1800's from Parma, Italy. Ferrari has created many works of art for private, public and corporate collectors for 20 years. His passion to become a metal sculptor was ignited during his last semester at Florida State University when he learned how to use a welder in studio art class. Names one of the most up-and-coming contemporary artists back in 2009 by New Art International, James has not stopped sculpting highly collected original sculptures in the US and Europe. Ferrari sculpts daily from his studio located in the heart of contemporary art in the Dallas Design District. Collections: Chris Burman, Florida State University, The Connor Group, The International Museum of Collage, Vista Proppants & Logistics
