Ecstatic Structure I Sculpture

Wood is my favourite working material, its structure and flader are close to my aesthetic searches form and mass. The combination with another material is a challenge that gives a different vision of the material. ''Ecstatic structures'' 1 and 2 are part of the whole cycle with this title, whose theme is related to the Early Christian period aesthetics, which in itself is loaded with a lot of symbolism and power. Both sculptures are ritual bread, which Christianity has deep symbolism and mysticism. Ecstatic is the dynamics in peace and static, so collecting two materials such as concrete and wood prove my idea, concrete - inertia, and the tree - life. The feeling for one whole thing from two materials, full of energy at rest.
