Elephant II Sculpture

María Alexandra is a complete artist. Since 2012 she has intervened in a variety of objects. In 2019, she decided to dedicate herself mainly to painting on canvas. Her favorite medium is acrylic. Her works have been in several stores in her hometown, Caracas. Recently, she has had contact with international galleries. María Alexandra thinks that the way to express her deepest emotions and thoughts is through painting while the most elevated and sublime would be through music. From a very young age, she has found beauty in the things that most people consider commonplace or mundane. María Alexandra's technique is truly unique. She uses a combination of acrylics, wax crayons, and markers to create textures and depth in her works, which are then completed with a varnish finish.
