About The Artwork
The inner part of this piece of copper sculpture is movable. Play with it and vary the characterisitc of it! Rotation is the opposite of stagnation. Is flux. Is Life. During this copper project, my focus lies on the process. I can't be quite sure of how the piece wants to end up. This piece wanted to become an umbrella. Not so much for protection, even if that is needed some times, but as a medium for flying. 24 c. gold leaves on the inside.
