"Désirée d'Coeur" (in French: desired from the heart) is a unique handmade work of art in miniature. It represents a bust of a gothic doll inspired by the aesthetics of the Mexican Catrina and Day of the Dead. The bust is held on a base and is surrounded by branches in which the long red hair of the figure is entangled. The branches are made of wire and are moldable. The hair is made of mohair wool. The bust is made of modeling paste, painted by hand, varnished and decorated with small red rhinestones. The support is made of cardboard, painted and varnished and has a metallic ornament on the front. The work is signed by the author at the bottom of the base. Measurements: height including the base 19cm / 7.5 ", height of the bust 13cm / 5.2", diameter of the base 12.5cm / 5 " Weight: 200g
