"HYMENOPHORE" is an exclusive eco-friendly paper art. 100% handmade. The concept of it is rethinking the world of nature and inspiring coexistence with other species. Why HYMENOPHORE? The hymenophore is the outgrowth of the fungal tissue on the lower surface of the mashroom, which radiate outward from the stem and carry a thin spore-bearing layer - hymenium. And exactly that became the inspiration for the creation of this art. Why is HYMENOPHORE eco-friendly? Because of the materials I used: - high-grade and loose rice paper, which is made from rice straw. It is a raw material for papermaking as a by-product of agriculture. - non-toxic PVA - recycled paperboard HYMENOPHORE can be hung on the wall, placed on a shelf, console or easel. Its a perfect wall decoration, a gift and a unique piece of art in the whole world! The art is framed in an aquarium kind of frame with glass to protect it from dust and dirt. I accept orders for HYMENOPHORE. Max diametr is 64 cm. The background can be black or white. You'll also will have the certificate of authenticity.
