Kwakwa model Picasso BFY Over the years, the artist has developed her distinctive, easily recognizable style, which consists of animalistic subject matter, elegance of form, richness of color and a lot of humor. Margaret Kot draws constant inspiration from the world of close-to-home fauna, creating shimmering depictions of animals, full of grace and elegance. Formally, Małgorzata Kot's figures evoke associations with the best traditions of European sculpture and Polish design of the Art Déco period. Her designs are characterized by extraordinary elegance of shapes, subtlety of elaboration of details, increasingly rare in modern times nobility of workmanship and materials used.

She studied at the Faculty of Sculpture of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. She received her diploma with distinction in Prof. Stefan Borzecki's studio in 1991. In 1991-1998 she was an assistant under Prof. Bronislaw Chromy at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. She works in sculpture, drawing and, since 2014, ceramics, creating under the Marius Dydo brand logo. Author of more than 200 medals, dozens of statuettes for public institutions and individuals private individuals. The artist's medals are in the collections of the Jagiellonian University Museum, the National Museum in Krakow, the Jagiellonian University Medical Faculty Museum, the Krakow Medical Society, the Warsaw Medical Society and private collections in Poland, the United States, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands. In 2018, a book was published entitled. , "Medical Medals of Małgorzata Kot" by Zdzisław Gajda. She is a member of the Association of Polish Artists and Designers The artist has developed her own recognizable style. She juxtaposed animalistic motifs with an elegant form enriched with rich colors. The subtlety of detailing, the nobility of workmanship and the materials used allude to the best traditions of European sculpture. Each model is covered with a beautiful handmade painting decoration.
