S Burke McKay is a young emerging talent, based in Angus in the north east of Scotland. Every metal sculpture is a blend of new and old reclaimed metal from car and other vehicle parts. Working mainly on commissions for special occasions, he blends the old and the new to produce unique, stylish, quirky pieces that quickly become much treasured by family and friends. Signature designs include his stunning bespoke metal guitars and the much loved beast, the Scottish Highland cow, but he can work to almost any brief that creatively combines metal and old vehicle parts – wonderful, imaginative results are inevitable!
