ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This new artwork represents the figure of a woman. I would like to express one of the female nature. My work "Model" is made from paper-mache, wire, glue, wood, painted with acrylic and oil paints , bronze enamel . The sculpture stands on a wooden base, painted. All is covered with a special varnish. Mixed media original sculpture. Dimensions: sculpture without base W 6 x H 31 x D 4 cm, base W 8 x H 6 x D 6 cm This sculpture is 100% handmade and unique. I was born and raised in the Ukraine. Also I studied Fine Art in Ukraine - in Lugansk and then in Kiev. Now I live and work in Germany. My works are permanently involved in various exhibitions. My ideas of sculpture on a large scale, I realized with my husband Michael Rofka on symposiums and art projects around the world. In most cases, I create my art in a realistic or impressionistic style, rarely decorative, fantasy and figurative. It is an oil painting or watercolor, sometimes acrylics; wood, papermache or a concret sculpture. But I'm changing, and developing my art further . I create nature, landscape, animals, still lifes and portraits... Every painting or sculpture are signed. Sometimes I use the name Anna Rogova or Anna Rofka.
