‘Musical Dragonfly’ Sculpture

I am a public artist with many years experience of consulting with a diverse range of people and organisations in producing different outcomes for a variety of settings, in order to help communities and groups express themselves and have a sense of ownership for the work I create in their name. Working with architects, landscape designers and structural engineers are also integral to many projects, from works for housing developments to public highway projects for councils. Many projects I have worked on have been the result of working closely with schools, and I participated regularly as a practitioner and lead artist on the Creative Partnerships scheme from its pilot year in 2003 until its demise in 2011. I work as a team member as there are often many interested parties involved in each project, so I always make sure that all agencies are informed at each stage and that they have the opportunity to comment on progress.
