Out of the Touch. Sculpture

Paper hanging wall sculpture made on wood board from the series ”Yin Yang” or “Parting and Fullness” . For contact and understanding of opposite principles, language is often necessary. There are inscriptions on the sculpture, some words, it is difficult to make out the letters, but if you look closely, you can see that it is always the same word. Having plunged into the anxiety of our time, I was faced with the fact that I wanted to move away from color and a bright palette and limit myself to two primary colors, black and white. And out of the madness and chaos, I tried to find a way to at least some kind of order. This is how the series of ”Yin Yang” or “Parting and Fullness” appeared. It is dedicated to love and the search for harmony and meaning. Besides, it was a search for a new approach to creativity and self-expression for me. Finally I did not stay in the perfect cosmic black and white space. Golden ocher and earthy copper warmed this cosmos with their little imperfections reflecting sunlight and future hopes.
