ABOUT THE ARTWORK
A larger indoor rocket sculpture. Inspired by mid century poster art and contemporary low polygon design. The body is nonagonal in horizontal section, allowing for a pleasing rotational symmetry for a tri finned rocket. Constructed from mild steel polygons with exposed MIG weld bonds. Rich rusty patina, sealed to a satin.
