Since childhood, I have liked to be in nature and admire its creations. Even then, I realized that the best artist is nature. For the past 15 years, I have been working with wood — a living material that carries its own character, memory, and rhythm. In each sculpture, I strive to preserve and emphasize the natural beauty of wood: its form, texture, color, grain, and complexity. Every piece I create is one of a kind — just like everything born of nature. I work with intuition and respect for the organic shape of the material, often allowing the wood to guide the final form. To highlight the richness of grain and structure, I frequently use black dye and epoxy. I am particularly drawn to the interplay of black and white, which I use to create contrast and depth. Some of my works also incorporate metal (such as rebar) or natural stone, creating a dialogue between materials. My goal is to reveal the soul of the wood and share with the viewer a sense of timelessness, raw beauty, and quiet power. I hope you enjoy exploring my work as much as I enjoy creating it.
