Sonja Cabalt is a multi-disciplinary artist/designer living and working in Amsterdam. Her work focuses mainly on processes of growth and decay, from micro to macro level and shows the vulnerability of nature and people. She is known for her tactile approach, playing with texture, experimental techniques and organic shapes. This work is made of artisan felt and handspun yarn, inspired on fragile underwater life
