Anil Gaikwad is an artist with a difference for whom other mediums of art are not a restriction but new sources of his creative expressions. Anil Gaikwad has created many sculptures in Ceramic, Glass, Papier Mache, Bronze, Fiber Glass and other mediums with full vigor and vitality. In fact experimentation and artistic creativity are very important for him. His expressions and creativity select their own mediums. The Metal Sculptures have not only the recreation of metaphors but there is rediscovery of the time. They are the metaphors of correlation of universe, nature and mankind. They also interpret the sounds of that time. Very few sculptors have given attention to this aspect of sculpture. The Sculptures of Anil Gaikwad are unique and specific in a way that they struggle with pressures of that time by practicing natural composition of creativity with the collaboration of insight and perception to create a transparent and reciprocal intimacy of memories, emotional experiences and life-like sensitivity. They not only surprise us but also make us believe the creativity of time. While trying to study and understand creations of Anil we can not ignore the volume, density and elaboration of creativity of these sculptures. This peculiarity of sculptures is not only because of empirical and creative dimensions of the creation but it is because Anil Gaikwad has created accurate ‘dimensions of time’. NAVAL SHUKLA

India
1969-m.p.(INDIA), since 1997 lives & working in BHOPAL (M.P.)INDIAMy paintings are the glimpses of life on the canvas, out of the canvas. These are just a reflection of experiences of my life. They become just like a mirror to me through which I Iook at myself. The sensitivity in the behaviour with others synthesizes my feeling in the paintings. Through them I visualize the meaning of life. The life itself is a work of art through which unconsciously the painting appear. The different aspects of life provoke me to evolve them and I become like a medium for them, through which they appear in different forms in a series.
