RIVE Sculpture

RIVE Concave, convex, undulating, with its bed polished by the passage of an age-old saltwater river in solid mahogany, where a forest of black gorgonian, beige gorgonian and coral gorgonian corals grows on its welcoming banks. RIVE is a bucolic, soothing and unchanging landscape that invites us to contemplate it alone. A unique, poetic and dreamlike example, RIVE is a sculpture from the new "See Gorgon's World" 2023 collection by the French artist Corol. All his creations and sculptures were created and realised in his studio in Paris. Corol got all his gorgons (coral) to orchestrate his exhibitions in the 1990s and 2010, which he acquired legally at the Alsmeer flower market and the MIN in Rungis. Responsible, respectful of nature and the world, seeking to live in harmony with our planet, Corol, a committed artist, now offers them a second life, that of eternity.
