About The Artwork
I share with Yves Klein an obsession with one particular color, in my case a quest for most insanely intense shade of red. Combining red light with red pigment got me close to my ideal, in fact is so amped-up it transcend its dimension and becomes an imaginary sound. This red spells alert, therefore heightened attention, the possibility of danger. This red spells alert, so heightened attention, the prospect of imminent danger and the chance of fear. Is the color of signals, of commands, and is also the red of Russian Constructivism - of a message shouted loud and clear.

Biography Born in Italy, Alessandra studied Theater Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice and subsequently spent several years in London creating sets and displays.
