Sculpture: Wax, Paper, Powder pigments on Paper, Other.
Jerome was a Latin Catholic priest, confessor, theologian, and historian, commonly known as Saint Jerome. He is best known for his translation of most of the Bible into Latin. He is well known in the art's history.
This artwork represents Saint Jerome studio, full of books, a tribute to the work of Saint Jerome. I made this work with my hands using pure beeswax and paper as a structure. I painted some parts with powder pigments.
