About The Artwork

my work is very personal and has a lot to do with my personal and family experiences. There are a series of children 's stories by a Catalonian author "ses tres Besones", who tell the stories that three twin sisters live through their dreams,. these stories situate the three sisters in different space-time situations and allow them to live in the first person historical events of humanity. Stories that both my wife and I usually tell our children as they have a great historical and educational content. these family moments led me to the idea of materializing in sculpture the three little sisters of the story so that my children could touch them and cling their learning

Jeroni Bosch,(Manacor ,Mallorca 1975) My creative process is based on the observation of the subject and its environment, I try to listen In order to find the most appropriate way to establish a dialogue with the materials.   The inspiration of the representations or concepts I express with my work, arise from the analysis of hundreds of sketches and drawings that I do daily that I allow to emerge from my subconscious by observing in them my state of mind or the relationship with my environment.  Although there are several concepts that make up the narrative thread of my artistic discourse, they do not have the need to emerge or surface in front of the observer in the form of a message or rhetorical figure, forms so usual and structured in languages that sometimes leave no room for imagination in its place I use a variant that I call "Nexus - language". as a concept would become a preverbal language of free cognitive configuration.   My personal observations as an individual and as an Artist are exposed to the public who is free to interpret and analyze from their own valuations or criteria both personal and sociocultural enriching the work with the intrinsic value of this symbiosis between man - subject I have always maintained a connection with the concept (Man-Subject) trying to maintain a fluid dialogue through a variety of techniques that fulfill an "interogative roll" in this equation.   To develop my work in this sense, it was indispensable to learn the different sculptural techniques involved in each process and in each material.   I learned to work the marble and other stones in Carrara (Italy), frequenting the academy of fine arts and with the practice continued in my workshop.   To work with the Wood I learned it being very young since I come from a family of craftsmen dedicated to the works of cabinetmaking.   In my early years as a student of Arts and Crafts I had the opportunity to learn the technique of iron forging, at that time. to help me pay for my studies, I worked in a company dedicated to die-stamping so I learned some metal machining processes.   Later, a professor at the school of arts and design in my city, he offered me a job in his company where he learned textile techniques, the manufacture and restoration of handmade knot carpets and textile tincture.
