Shallow pool Sculpture

I wanted to create the impression of impact in a piece and had always loved the idea of some-one diving into the shallow end of the pool and hitting the bottom with a thus. It was a technically difficult but thoroughly enjoyable build. Glazed in light blue to give the impression of an underwater view I hope this makes the viewer laugh out-loud but also wince a little at the same time. I like to create opposing feelings in one sculpture, I think it makes it more interesting. Some fingers snapped and repaired during the build, the piece will come with provenance of repairs being done by the artist. This is recognised in the price.
